London College of Music Examinations (LCME), a globally recognized examination body established in 1887, is seeking a supplier to deliver an integrated Examination Workflow Management System. LCME currently operates three separate systems managing face-to-face exams, written theory exams, and various digital exam formats (recorded, live, and theory), along with publications and CRM functions. These systems serve a diverse global user base and handle complex workflows including candidate registration, scheduling, assessment, certification, and reporting. The supplier will be required to design and implement two interlinked solutions: (1) an Exam Management Platform to streamline the complete exam lifecycle from candidate entry through assessment to award delivery, and (2) a Digital Hosting Solution to support secure delivery and administration of digital examinations. The successful supplier should demonstrate experience in managing high-volume examination workflows, supporting multiple exam delivery methods, serving international user bases, and ensuring data security and system reliability.
