Matthewsgreen Community Centre - Expression of Interest to Operate

Wokingham Council is seeking organisations to submit an Expression of Interest to operate Matthewsgreen Community Centre located at Howlett Grove, Wokingham. The successful operator will be responsible for managing the centre as a financially self-sustaining, inclusive community venue. Key responsibilities include: managing day-to-day operations, developing and delivering a varied programme of activities and events, and increasing community use and engagement. The organisation should be able to operate independently while maintaining the centre's role as a welcoming community hub accessible to all residents.
