ServiceNow Role-Based Access Control Security Enhancement

This project aims to strengthen security controls in the Sellafield ServiceNow platform by implementing comprehensive Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) improvements. The initiative will elevate the platform's security classification from OFFICIAL to OFFICIAL-SENSITIVE, enabling secure handling of sensitive information and supporting the deployment of Security Incident Response capabilities within the ServiceNow Security Operations module. Suppliers will deliver end-to-end services including project management, governance, solution design, configuration, implementation, testing, deployment, and assurance activities. The work focuses on enhancing access management controls, improving compliance with security requirements, and ensuring robust protection of sensitive data throughout the ServiceNow environment.
