Business Support Services for Cheshire and Warrington Growth Hub

East Cheshire and Warrington (ECW) is seeking a service provider to deliver flexible, responsive business support services to SMEs across Cheshire and Warrington. The service will operate as an embedded service within the existing Growth Hub, addressing the current fragmentation of business support provision and helping businesses navigate available services more easily. The provider will deliver hands-on adviser support, business readiness training, practical guidance, and clear referral pathways while complementing national, regional, and local provision. This is an interim 12-month contract with quarterly reviews, designed to maintain continuity during the transition to a Combined Authority-led service. The successful bidder must demonstrate capacity to deliver quality assurance processes, relationship management, strong service levels, and innovative solutions. ECW seeks cost-effective approaches that deliver value for money and efficiency gains. Throughout the contract, the provider will be evaluated against key performance indicators, customer satisfaction metrics, and contract measures, with potential contract termination for failure to achieve continuous improvement.
