Creative and Content Services Framework Agreement

Life Sciences Hub Wales is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement with up to two creative and content service providers. This framework will support the organization's communications, engagement, marketing, and brand objectives through the strategic development and delivery of high-quality, audience-focused content and creative outputs across multiple channels and formats. Services may include promotional materials, corporate publications, event collateral, and multimedia assets. All creative work must be strategically conceived and aligned with Life Sciences Hub Wales's brand identity, communication plans, and campaign objectives—not standalone designs. Work will be called-off on an ad-hoc basis as needed, with each project defined as a distinct package of work following framework governance processes. Suppliers should demonstrate experience in strategic creative design, brand alignment, and multi-channel content delivery.
