Animation Services Framework Agreement

Life Sciences Hub Wales is seeking to establish a multi-supplier Framework Agreement for the provision of animation services. The organization requires both graphics and video animation to support its marketing and communications activities. These creative assets will be used across social media channels, the organization's website, and offline marketing materials to help deliver key organizational messages. The framework will enable Life Sciences Hub Wales to access animation services on an ad-hoc basis, as required, with suppliers selected based on factors including audience type, messaging requirements, budget, and project timeframe. Suitable animators with relevant experience and capability are sought to ensure timely and compliant access to suppliers. This framework will complement an existing suite of creative assets already developed by the organization.
