Mechanical and Electrical Engineer Consultancy Services for Harlow District Housing

Harlow District Council (HDC) is seeking a Mechanical and Electrical Engineer consultant to support its housing transformation and capital improvement programme. The consultant will provide expert advice and design services to ensure compliance with landlord obligations and building regulations across multiple housing projects.
