Quantity Surveyor Consultancy Services for Harlow Housing Development

Harlow District Council is seeking a Quantity Surveyor consultant to support construction projects across its housing portfolio. This role is central to the Council's strategy to improve housing, enhance housing stock, and meet landlord compliance requirements. The consultant will provide quantity surveying services across all relevant projects, ensuring work is safe, compliant, and accessible to all residents. Key responsibilities include: delivering comprehensive quantity surveyor services throughout project lifecycles; ensuring all services meet safety and compliance standards; consistently meeting defined project outputs; and providing transparent reporting to Harlow District Council on performance, compliance, and emerging risks. Services will typically be required from RIBA stages 5-6 (construction and post-completion), with some projects requiring support from earlier RIBA stages 1-4 (concept through detailed design). This is an ongoing consultancy engagement supporting multiple housing improvement initiatives.
