Brief

Aster is seeking to maintain continuity of supply by retaining existing incumbent materials suppliers through compliant, time-limited call-off arrangements effective from April 2026. This arrangement ensures operational stability during the transition period while a next-generation materials strategy is being developed. The procurement will be conducted via the Procurement for Housing (PfH) Material Goods and Associated Services Framework, which is PCR 2015 compliant (framework procured prior to the Procurement Act 2023). Eligible suppliers should be registered on the PfH framework and ready to support continued supply during this transitional phase.
