    Brief

Gwynedd Council and Isle of Anglesey County Council are seeking qualified contractors to deliver maintenance and repair services for structures and coastal assets under a Framework Agreement established in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023 and NEC4 Framework Contract. This is not a guaranteed workload contract. The Framework covers routine, reactive, and emergency maintenance of bridges, culverts, drainage structures, retaining walls, sea defences, coastal structures, piers, promenades, slipways, and associated structural and marine assets. Work may include emergency make-safe and temporary stabilisation activities, as well as planned maintenance, permanent repairs, reconstruction, and long-term asset stabilisation. Contractors should be prepared to respond to both urgent situations and planned maintenance schedules. The Framework supports the Authorities' statutory duties to maintain safe and operational highway and coastal infrastructure across their jurisdictions.
