Youth and Play Services Provider Approved List

This is a procurement opportunity to establish an approved list of service providers for youth and play services across the county borough. The process is divided into two lots: Lot 1 seeks play providers to deliver play opportunities for children and young people aged 5 to 14 years, and Lot 2 seeks youth providers to deliver youth opportunities for young people aged 11 to 25 years. Both lots require providers to deliver free, open-access opportunities from multiple sites throughout the area. This is a Stage 2 opening of the approved list, meaning it will remain open for applications throughout its 2-year initial period, with options to extend annually subject to review and funding availability. To join the approved list, providers must complete and pass a questionnaire assessment. New providers can apply to join either or both lots at any time, and unsuccessful applicants may reapply.
