Laboratory Solutions and Reagents Supply Framework for NHS Blood and Transplant

NHS Blood and Transplant (NHSBT) is seeking suppliers through a Framework Agreement for the provision of specialized laboratory solutions and reagents used across seven specialist functions: Tissue and Eye Services, RCI, Donor Testing, Haematology and Immunology, Cellular and Molecular Therapies, Cell and Blood Components, and the International Bone and Grafts Research Laboratory. These solutions are essential for patient and donor testing, blood grouping, and the manufacture of tissue grafts. The framework will award up to two suppliers per lot based on evaluation scores, allowing successful suppliers to be awarded multiple lots. Required solutions include: Phosphate Buffered Saline Solution and Concentrate, Low Ionic Strength Solution, Cambridge Antibiotic Solution, Skin Cryopreservation Medium, Amniotic Membrane Cryopreservation Medium, Nuclear Buffer Base, Cardiovascular and Meniscus Cryopreservation Medium, Decellularised Dermis Cryopreservation Medium, Modified Alsevers Solution, and Frozen Cell Recovery Solution.
