Supply and Install Changing Places Facility at Yate Outdoor Sports Complex

Yate Town Council is seeking qualified suppliers to tender for the supply and installation of a new Changing Places facility at Yate Outdoor Sports Complex (YOSC), with an anticipated budget of £71,000 excluding VAT. The scope includes all groundworks, utility connections, and compliance with Changing Places Consortium requirements to enable registration upon completion. The successful supplier will enter into a JCT Design and Build contract with Yate Town Council, with monthly valuations, 5% retention reducing to 2.5% upon practical completion, and a 12-month retention period. Comprehensive tender documentation is provided including design guides, equipment checklists, site plans, and drainage reports. Site visits and meetings with interested suppliers will be arranged to discuss installation and location options.
