The Security team will conduct regular patrols and inspections across all sites, including building exteriors, communal areas, stairwells, and grounds. Key responsibilities include: performing thorough systematic property inspections to identify maintenance issues or safety hazards; documenting findings in detailed shift reports; investigating and responding to anti-social behaviour incidents; providing advice and guidance to occupants on safety and security matters; and maintaining regular communication with housing management. The successful supplier will ensure a visible security presence, rapid incident response, and contribute to a safe living environment for temporary residents.
