Cyber Security Support Services for Power Interconnector Control Systems

Moyle Interconnector Limited seeks Cyber Security Support Services (CSSS) to enhance protection of their critical control systems at two converter station sites located in Northern Ireland and Scotland. The control systems operate converter valves and essential equipment critical to safe and reliable interconnector operation. The required services will strengthen cyber security defenses to reduce the risk and impact of potential cyber incidents, while supporting Moyle's compliance obligations as an Operator of Essential Services under the Network and Information Systems (NIS) Regulations. Services are proposed as an extension to the existing Long Term Maintenance Agreement (LTMA) currently provided by Siemens Energy Limited. Suppliers should have expertise in industrial control system security, cyber threat mitigation, and regulatory compliance for critical infrastructure.
