    Brief

Trinity College Dublin seeks a state-of-the-art BioBrillouin imaging microscopy platform to be integrated with an existing Olympus IX81 microscope (left port access). The system must include: a closed-box brillouin add-on module with 780 nm excitation wavelength to minimize phototoxicity, motorized XY-stage and Z-microscope positioning for three-dimensional scanning capabilities, and compatibility with standard stage incubation systems. The instrument will enable non-invasive mechanical and structural analysis of in vitro cell cultures, organoid cultures, tissue explants, hydrogel materials, and other biological specimens. Suppliers should demonstrate expertise in brillouin microscopy technology, optical system integration with Olympus equipment, and experience supporting advanced biological imaging research.
