    Brief

    Trinity College Dublin seeks an experienced event services provider to develop, curate, and manage Creative Brain Week 2027 and 2028. This Global Brain Health Institute initiative explores the intersection of brain science and creativity, with applications across social development, technology, entrepreneurship, culture, and wellbeing. The service provider will be responsible for comprehensive event planning including: programme development and curation; identifying and engaging speakers, artists, moderators and facilitators; speaker coordination and liaison; creative programme and exhibition delivery; production management, crewing and equipment sourcing; logistics management for both in-person and online/livestream formats; venue operations and speaker support; website development and updates; branding, marketing, public relations and digital advertising; content archiving, editing and distribution; stakeholder partnership development; and fundraising and sponsorship strategy. This is a two-year engagement supporting Trinity's role in promoting interdisciplinary understanding of the neuroscience of creativity on a global stage.
