Vessel Vetting and Risk Assessment Services (2027-2032)

The Authority seeks a qualified provider of vessel risk evaluation and vetting services for ocean tankers used in fuel transport operations. Services required include: (1) Annual Tanker Management and Self Assessment (TMSA) compliance vetting for two long-term chartered vessels that provide the majority of fuel transport capacity, and (2) Ad-hoc vetting services for spot-market vessels chartered by fuel suppliers delivering fuel under Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) contracts. The successful contractor will provide expert assurance vetting to ensure all vessels meet the Authority's safety and operational standards. This is a 5-year contract commencing February 2027 and concluding February 2032, with potential for renewal based on performance.
