Benefits Administration Services and Platform for Ofcom

Ofcom seeks a flexible benefits administration service provider for up to five years from July 2027. The service must include comprehensive scheme administration covering annual and open enrolment processes, in-year enrolment for new starters and life events, and accurate monthly payroll and provider reporting. A cloud-based platform is required to enable employees to select benefits, access information, view Total Reward Statements, and understand tax and National Insurance implications of their choices. The platform must include Single Sign On capability, meet Ofcom's security requirements, and serve as a central hub for all benefits and wellbeing offerings. Customer services must include responsive email, web, and telephone support with a dedicated helpdesk for platform access issues. The supplier will manage 1st line queries within agreed service levels, handle pension re-enrolment cycles, and provide detailed reporting, management information, and analytics to support Ofcom's benefits administration. Suppliers should demonstrate commitment to maintaining a strong partnership with Ofcom and delivering exemplary service.
