    Derby City Council is inviting suitably qualified and experienced consultants to conduct a proportionate Heritage Impact Assessment (HIA) of selected site allocations for the emerging Local Plan. This contract will be procured under the Procurement Act 2023 and Procurement Regulations 2024. The engagement is for a short-term project running from 17th June 2026 to 26th August 2026.
