This opportunity provides schools with access to TEP, a comprehensive engagement measurement and benchmarking platform designed to assess how pupils, employees, families, leaders, and governors experience school life. The platform measures inclusion as a validated engagement driver and provides detailed analysis across key demographic groups including FSM eligibility, SEN, EAL, ethnicity, gender, attendance, and term of birth, with national benchmarking to help schools identify specific groups needing targeted support. Key features include the APC model (Advocate, Passive, Challenger) to reveal engagement patterns, contextual peer-grouping through 'Schools like me' for fair comparisons, and evidence that disadvantaged schools can achieve above-average engagement outcomes. The service comprises four modules—Pupils, Employees, Families, and Leadership & Governance—with anonymised reporting and protective thresholds. Each partner receives a dedicated Community Engagement Lead, structured onboarding, termly data review calls, and access to national research. Data collection occurs across three annual census windows (Autumn, Spring, Summer) with reporting available within four to six weeks for all school audiences including senior leadership and governors. This aligns with the 2029 White Paper expectation for schools to monitor belonging and engagement.
