Exhibition Stand Design and Build for Quantum Tech Showcase

Innovate UK Business Connect is seeking an exhibition design company to design, manufacture, and install exhibition stands for the Quantum Showcase event on 6 November 2026 at Business Design Centre, London, expecting approximately 2,500 attendees. The project requires designing and building four stand types (Bronze 1x2m, Silver 2x2m, Gold 3x2m, and Platinum 4x4m) with varying specifications including branded backwalls, lightboxes, and counters. The supplier must provide: design and manufacture of all four stand types (allowing up to three design revisions), print and install artwork with full specifications and exhibitor support, sustainable manufacturing using recyclable or reusable materials compliant with Health & Safety and Equality Act requirements and fire-retardant standards, CAD floorplan design (10 versions included, additional hours charged separately), on-site floorplan markup, stand installation, and complete derig. Build occurs 5 November 2026 (08:00-15:00) with breakdown 6 November 2026 (17:00-22:00). Expected quantities: 15 Bronze, 47 Silver, 30 Gold, and 25 Platinum stands, though numbers may vary. Quotations should include company details, experience with similar contracts, project availability confirmation, net zero sustainability recommendations, accessibility considerations, and detailed timeline.
