Plant and Equipment Hire Framework - Leeds Building Services

Leeds City Council's Leeds Building Services is seeking qualified suppliers for a framework agreement to provide plant and equipment hire services. The framework will be split into four lots: Lot 1 - Large Plant (approximately £35,000 per annum); Lot 2 - Small Plant and Electrical (approximately £70,000 per annum); Lot 3 - Welfare (approximately £100,000 per annum); Lot 4 - Scaffold (approximately £30,000 per annum). Up to 2 suppliers will be appointed per lot to ensure continuous service provision. The framework will run for 3 years with an optional 12-month extension. Total estimated expenditure is approximately £235,000 per annum, or £940,000 over the full contract term including the extension option.
