    Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council is seeking a single supplier to provide comprehensive servicing, maintenance, and repair services for all renewable energy and climate control systems within their council housing stock. Services required include management of electrical installations, renewable heating appliances, air conditioning units, MVHR (Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery) systems, and solar PV installations. The contract will be managed using the JCT MTC 2024 standard form. The initial contract period runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 March 2030 (3 years and 3 months) with a break clause option on 31 March 2029 after 27 months. Two optional one-year extensions are available, extending the total contract duration to 63 months. The contract is valued at £40,000 per annum (£220,000 total for the initial term), excluding VAT.
