Manned Security Guarding Services for Hinckley Hub and Borough Council Sites

Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council is seeking a security services provider to deliver manned security guarding at the Hinckley Hub and ad-hoc coverage for other borough locations. The contract requires three guards to provide comprehensive security and customer-facing services during regular business hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30-17:00 and Friday 8:30-16:30. One guard position includes a trial early start at 08:00 to provide reception coverage for NHS patients, which may become permanent or be extended by 30 minutes depending on success. Key responsibilities include maintaining a secure environment, delivering professional customer service, greeting and directing visitors, assisting with varied visitor needs, and providing additional security for evening meetings and events as required. The successful contractor will work collaboratively with all Hinckley Hub partners to ensure a positive experience for staff and customers.
