Brief

The Office of Public Works (DPC) is establishing a multi-party framework to provide Project Supervisor for the Design Process (PSDP) services for capital programme projects. Selected firms will provide health and safety coordination services during the design phase in compliance with the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Construction Regulations 2013. The framework covers civil engineering, structural, marine, building, port infrastructure, and utilities projects from initial conception through feasibility, detailed design, tender support, and final Health and Safety File handover. Qualified firms must demonstrate expertise in statutory health and safety design coordination, capacity to manage multi-disciplinary projects, and experience across various construction project types. Framework members will support DPC's statutory obligations as a client regarding health and safety coordination throughout the design process under individual call-off contracts during the framework term.
