Cycle Hub Management Opportunity at Finsbury Park

Transport for London seeks a supplier to manage and operate its secure cycle parking facility at Finsbury Park (Stroud Green Road, opposite Finsbury Park station). The facility currently provides 161 secure cycle spaces, including 21 spaces for larger or non-standard cycles, with access-code-controlled entry. Key Responsibilities: - Day-to-day operations including access control system management, membership administration, customer website management, fee collection, and customer support - Routine maintenance of cycle parking equipment, repair equipment, lighting, and facility cleaning - Regular inspections, CCTV monitoring, fault reporting and rectification TfL Retained Responsibilities: - Structural elements including roof, railings, doors, brickwork, and drainage - Approval authority for layout changes, website updates, abandoned-cycle removal processes, branding, and publicity Objectives: TfL is exploring opportunities to optimise facility usage, enhance customer experience, and accommodate future demand.
