    Brief

    The British Film Institute (BFI) is seeking an experienced evaluation supplier to partner with them throughout the 2026-2029 Film Academy programme. The successful supplier will be responsible for developing a comprehensive Monitoring and Evaluation Plan, conducting ongoing data collection and monitoring, and delivering interim and final evaluation reports over the three-year period. Key responsibilities include: creating a new M&E framework aligned with the BFI's strategic objectives, establishing data collection methodologies, implementing continuous monitoring systems, and producing evaluation reports to measure programme impact and outcomes. The ideal supplier will demonstrate expertise in programme evaluation, educational initiatives, and cultural/creative sector assessment. This is a full-term engagement offering the opportunity to shape and evaluate a significant educational programme from its inception through completion.
