Brief

Bromford Flagship LiveWest (BFL) is seeking a modern, cloud-based Learning Management System (LMS) to consolidate learning and compliance across the organisation. The platform will replace existing systems and serve over 6,000 employees across geographically dispersed regions in roles including housing, property maintenance, customer services, corporate functions, and leadership. The LMS must support mandatory training, role-specific development, compliance requirements, onboarding, and professional development for both internal staff and external users such as contractors, suppliers, and customers. This is a market engagement exercise to assess supplier capability, understand current technology solutions, validate emerging requirements against best practice, and inform budget planning. This is not a formal tender. Interested suppliers should contact BFLProcurementteam@bromford.co.uk by 21 August 2026 at 12:00pm. The estimated contract value covers 3 years with an optional 2-year extension. Participation in this pre-engagement phase does not provide advantage or disadvantage in future procurement processes.
