Estates Window Cleaning Service - Preliminary Market Engagement Event

Tai Hedyn Limited is seeking experienced window cleaning service providers for a preliminary market engagement event to discuss the procurement of estates window cleaning services across its property portfolio. Hedyn, formed in April 2025 through a merger, is the second largest housing association in Wales, managing approximately 15,000 homes across South-east Wales (Blaenau Gwent, Monmouthshire, Newport, Powys, and Torfaen). The engagement event aims to understand market capacity and capabilities, explore service delivery models, discuss best practices and innovation, and generate supplier interest in this opportunity. The contract requires cleaning of external and internal windows across diverse property types including low-rise residential blocks, high-rise and multi-storey buildings, and sheltered housing schemes. Service providers must ensure windows are clear of dirt, grime, smears and debris while maintaining consistent service delivery with minimal customer disruption. All suppliers must demonstrate strict compliance with current Health and Safety Legislation including the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, Work at Height Regulations 2005, COSHH, RIDDOR, and Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
