    Brief

    Dublin Port Company is seeking qualified contractors through a competitive procurement process to establish Framework Agreements for civil infrastructure maintenance across the Dublin Port Estate. The procurement comprises five separate lots with an initial four-year term and options for two additional two-year extensions (maximum eight years total). Contractors may bid for one or multiple lots. Lot 1 (€4.3m): Maintenance and repair of bituminous pavements including roads, footways, cycle lanes, bus corridors, car parks, and terminals. Lot 2 (€2m): Maintenance and repair of utility services including water mains, foul water, surface water, and service ducting across the estate. Lot 3 (€1.5m): Cleaning and CCTV surveying of surface water and foul sewer networks. Lot 4 (€1.6m): Minor civil works contractor services including works on roads, railways, footways, and active travel routes. Lot 5 (€800k): Inspection and servicing of drainage interceptors and pumping stations on a preventative maintenance and ad-hoc basis. Qualification is mandatory through the Achilles Supply-Line platform using Silver Plus membership. Suppliers must register with specific Supply-Line codes relevant to their lot(s) by 10 August 2026.
