Structural Repair Services: Lintels, Helibeams and Wall Ties

Vico Homes Ltd is seeking a qualified contractor to provide survey, identification, and replacement services for lintels, helibeams, and wall ties across the Wakefield district and surrounding areas. The successful contractor will be responsible for: removing and disposing of existing materials; supplying and installing approved replacement materials in compliance with current UK building standards and regulations; and providing emergency response services as needed. The contractor must demonstrate capacity to attend to emergency calls and work across the full operating territory.
