NHS 111 Mental Health Crisis Response Service Provider

Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust (AWP) is seeking a provider to deliver the call handling component of the NHS 111 Mental Health Crisis Response Service (111 Option 2). This is a key priority under the NHS England Long Term Plan, requiring all mental health crisis calls to route through NHS 111 by end of March 2024. Scope: The successful provider will be responsible for call handling, access, triage, and call management for both adults (18+ years) and children and young people (under 18 years) experiencing mental health crises. The service must operate 24/7 and deliver a dedicated mental health response option within NHS 111.
