DC Pension Master Trust Services Provider

The Contracting Entity is seeking a qualified provider to deliver Defined Contribution (DC) Pension Plan services through a Master Trust arrangement in Ireland. The existing pension scheme, established in 2005, currently serves approximately 110 employees with combined annual contributions of €2.5 million. The scheme is currently governed by a standalone Trust with independent professional trustees, with administration and investment options managed by an insurance company. The organization is transitioning to a Master Trust model to: (1) reduce operational and administrative costs, (2) enhance member engagement through improved communication and tools, and (3) expand investment options to better meet member needs.
