Operating Model Finalization and Capacity Building Support for Nest Invest

Nest Invest seeks a consulting partner to support Phase 4b of their Target Operating Model (TOM) implementation. This phase focuses on completing the design and embedding of the operating model into day-to-day business operations, while building internal team capacity to independently manage ongoing model development and maintenance. The engagement addresses two key objectives: (1) Delivery - finalize operating model design, embed key components into business-as-usual activities, and develop Nest Invest's internal capability to take over model management as part of a world-class investment function; and (2) Culture - foster organizational ownership by involving teams in implementation and capability-building activities to ensure long-term accountability. The successful partner will work collaboratively with the Nest Invest team to prepare for the natural transition of the model to full internal ownership and support additional organizational evolution initiatives for the senior leadership team.
