Ambient Voice Technologies Implementation for NHS Croydon Health Services

This is an IT implementation service opportunity to deploy Lyrebird Health Ambient Voice Technologies across Croydon Health Services NHS Trust's Emergency Department (ED), Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC), and Outpatient Department (OPD). The service includes full integration with the Trust's Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system to streamline clinical workflows and enhance operational efficiency. The implementation will be delivered via the G-Cloud 14 Framework Lot 3 (Cloud Support) as a direct award. Suppliers should have expertise in healthcare IT systems, ambient voice technology deployment, EPR system integration, and experience supporting NHS trusts. The project requires understanding of clinical workflows and the ability to ensure minimal disruption to patient-facing services.
