Brief

Croydon Health Services NHS Trust is seeking a qualified service provider to deliver independent Freedom to Speak Up (FTSU) Guardian Services. The service will provide staff with access to a trained, experienced Guardian who offers confidential, impartial support for raising workplace concerns safely and without fear of retaliation. Key responsibilities include: delivering independent and impartial speaking up services; supporting staff to raise concerns securely; providing advice, support, and advocacy; managing and triaging concerns according to NHS FTSU guidance; generating reports and thematic analysis; and supporting organizational learning and cultural improvement. The provider must ensure full compliance with NHS England FTSU policy, workforce safety and whistleblowing standards, and relevant legislation including the Public Interest Disclosure Act. This is an opportunity to help create a positive speaking-up culture within an NHS trust while ensuring staff have access to professional, confidential guidance on workplace concerns.
