Brief

Dublin Port Company is seeking a contractor to undertake comprehensive building works at the Port Centre, Dublin. The project includes: Fire safety upgrades (Fire Certificate and associated works, fire alarm updates, fire-fighting lift installation, smoke extract system, and updated generator); Building fabric improvements (essential repairs to the fifth floor addressing water ingress and insulation, roof raising with new louvred façade extension, and upgrades to meet 2050 energy targets); Structural alterations (ground floor, reception, and mezzanine modifications; lower ground floor conversion to include shared facilities and meeting rooms; office fit-out with new partitions and ceilings); Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) works (ventilation, water, lighting systems, central plant upgrade including heat pump installation, M&E service upgrades throughout all floor plates, and sub-metering installation for tenant zones); Renewable energy installation (photovoltaic array to ensure compliance with CAP 2030-2050 environmental targets); and external works.
