    Brief

The National Galleries of Scotland (NGS) seeks a qualified audience research service provider to conduct visitor research across its four gallery sites and support its 2030 Strategy and business objectives. The provider will deliver fieldwork surveys, project management, data access, analysis, and reporting on an as-needed basis with no minimum volume commitment. The Service Provider must be accredited by or operate in accordance with the Market Research Society (MRS) or equivalent professional body standards. Responsibilities include capturing visitor data, providing strategic insights to inform organizational planning and key performance indicators, and supporting special projects. The contract is flexible and non-exclusive; NGS may procure additional research services outside this agreement when needed and reserves the right to extend services to a fifth site currently under construction. Tenderers must demonstrate a robust and flexible methodology for meeting all data capture requirements and understanding of NGS's organizational needs. There is no guaranteed minimum spend, and the agreement allows NGS to engage alternative providers if performance is unsatisfactory.
