Dublin Port – Framework Agreement for Quay Walls and Marine Civil Engineering Works

Dublin Port is establishing a single-party framework agreement for marine and civil engineering works. The initial contract covers Berth 29, with potential follow-on projects for adjacent master-plan developments. Works may include quay wall installation, anchor walls, crane rails, demolition, mechanical and electrical systems, utility services, concrete paving, marine furniture, building construction, conservation work, yard resurfacing, fencing, roads, conveyors, link-spans, ramps, and design services. The framework was established through a qualification system notice advertised in 2022. Subsequent work packages may be negotiated directly with the selected contractor.
