Security Guarding Services for DWP Facilities

The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) is seeking a Security Guarding Supplier to provide trained Security Officers across its national estate of over 800 properties, including Jobcentre Plus sites, assessment centres, corporate hubs, and service centres. Key responsibilities include: deploying Security Officers equipped with Body Worn Cameras and Private Mobile Radios across the entire DWP estate; providing reception services at Caxton House (London) and Quarry House (Leeds); and operating a 24/7 keyholding service to unlock and lock DWP sites without automated security systems. The successful contractor will collaborate with Authority (Total Facilities Management Supplier), the Security Control Centre Supplier, and the Estates department to ensure the safety and security of employees, customers, and property. This contract was awarded through a Further Competition under Lot 3c of the Crown Commercial Services Framework RM6232 (Facilities Management and Workplace Services). The contract term is 7 years following a mobilisation period, with an optional extension of up to 3 years available in any configuration.
