The contractor will handle capital interventions arising from insurance claims (over £10,000), disrepair cases, void property refurbishments (typically exceeding £25,000), and compliance works including Awaab's Law requirements. Additional responsibilities include planned replacements brought forward for urgent intervention, high-value responsive repairs (generally over £10,000), and complex cases such as structural defects, subsidence, or works affecting multiple properties. Works may originate from reactive repairs, voids, planned programmes, estates, or other operational functions.
