Disabled Facilities Adaptations - Contractor Framework for Brent Council

The Council is seeking two experienced contractors to deliver disabled facilities adaptation works for Council tenants across the Borough of Brent. This is a framework agreement for adaptation works only, with design, management, and inspection services to be provided by the Council's Surveyors. The framework will be established for a maximum period of 4 years, subject to satisfactory performance. Contractors should have proven experience in undertaking accessibility and adaptation projects for residential properties. The successful contractors will be expected to work collaboratively with the Council's team and maintain high standards of quality and customer service throughout the contract period.
