Shower Enclosures, Trays and Bath Screens - Manufacturer Framework Supply Contract

L&Q is seeking to establish a compliant framework agreement with a minimum of two manufacturers to supply shower enclosures, shower trays, and bath screens for new build projects. The procurement process consists of three stages: Stage 1 (Selection Questionnaire to assess supplier qualifications), Stage 2 (Invitation to Tender for detailed proposals), and Stage 3 (Negotiation and Best and Final Offer). L&Q reserves the right to invite a minimum of three top-ranked tenderers to Stage 3, or proceed directly to contract award after Stage 2 at its discretion. During Stage 3, tenderers may be required to participate in clarification meetings, interviews, presentations, demonstrations, and/or site visits, conducted either face-to-face or virtually. Key requirements include: fixed pricing for a minimum of 12 months from framework commencement, delivery of social value equivalent to 1% of annual contract value, and plot-based rebates where applicable. This framework prioritizes value for money, quality, supply continuity, commercial certainty, and added social value.
