Health and Physical Activity Coaching Programme for Obesity and Diabetes Patients in Derry

The Derry GP Federation is seeking a service provider to deliver a health coaching and physical activity coaching programme as part of a multi-disciplinary obesity care initiative. The programme will serve approximately 5,000 patients with obesity complicated by diabetes across the Derry GP Federation area in Northern Ireland. This is part of the PEACETIME cross-border research project (which also operates in Donegal). Key requirements: applicants must demonstrate relevant experience and expertise in health coaching, physical activity coaching, and obesity management; the selected provider must be operationally ready to begin service delivery in Autumn 2026; and a formal contract will be finalized following tender award. Interested service providers should only apply if they are confident in meeting the specialized requirements outlined in the project documentation.
