Health Coaches for Obesity Management - UK Tender

The Derry GP Federation is seeking qualified health and physical activity coaches to deliver a comprehensive obesity care programme to approximately 9,000 patients across Derry/Londonderry and North Tyrone (including Strabane) as part of the PEACETIME cross-border health initiative. Successful tenderers will provide multi-disciplinary obesity services in these Northern Ireland areas, working alongside the PEACETIME project which extends into the Irish border regions of Donegal, Sligo, and Leitrim. Applicants must demonstrate relevant experience and expertise in health coaching, physical activity instruction, and obesity management. A formal contract will be established between the Derry GP Federation and the appointed service provider(s) prior to project commencement. Service delivery is expected to begin as soon as practicable following contract award.
