Digital pitch booking and management system for grassroots football

Wrexham County Borough Council is gathering market information on digital solutions for booking and managing approximately 35 grassroots football pitches across the county borough. This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is for market engagement only and does not constitute a formal call for competition. The Council seeks suppliers to provide information on systems that include: online pitch booking, online payments, operational visibility tools, casual and block booking management, season ticket or subscription options, real-time pitch availability and booking visibility, centralised booking control with advance booking restrictions, and support for efficient pitch administration.
