Bangor Central Integrated Primary School - New Build Construction

This project involves constructing a new single-storey primary school building on a greenfield site at Balloo Road in Bangor. The school will accommodate 17 mainstream classrooms and 4 specialist provision classrooms serving Key Stages 1 and 2. The scope includes site infrastructure with improved vehicular access, a dedicated right turn lane onto Balloo Road, and signalised pedestrian crossing lights. The site layout will provide dedicated parking, vehicle circulation routes, bus and car pick-up/drop-off zones, and pedestrian pathways. Additional works encompass service areas, waste management facilities, perimeter fencing, entrance structures, underground utilities, landscaping, and all associated site preparation. This is an integrated supply team appointment to deliver the complete project from design through construction.
