Fire Alarm and Emergency Lighting System Replacement at Harlow Police Station

This project involves the complete replacement of fire alarm and emergency lighting systems at Harlow Police Station, including all custody areas. The selected contractor will install new systems while maintaining existing ones in parallel operation to ensure continuous safety coverage. Once all new systems are fully installed and commissioned, the contractor will decommission and remove the old infrastructure. A testing and soak period will be required to verify that all new systems operate correctly before handover. Contractors must obtain NPPV2 security vetting clearance to work on this police facility. This is a full-scope infrastructure replacement project requiring careful coordination and safety management.
