Cleaning Services Framework for Educational Establishments

This is an opportunity to supply cleaning services to schools and educational establishments across England through the Hornchurch Academy Trust Brokerage Service. The framework will operate as a closed, multi-supplier agreement with 6-10 appointed suppliers for 3 years (with an optional 1-year extension). The estimated total framework value is £15,000,000 (excluding VAT), based on participation from approximately 70 initial subscriber schools, with potential for additional schools from Havering and neighbouring Local Authorities to join. Appointed suppliers will be required to pay a 2.5% rebate (excluding VAT) on all call-off contracts awarded. The framework is exclusively for educational use and is open to Local Authority Councils (acting on behalf of schools) and educational establishments including primary schools, secondary schools, academies, special schools, nurseries, further education colleges, and universities across all administrative regions of England.
